Providence is calling a Pharmacy Program Manager at Providence Centralia Hospital, Washington

The position supports the strategic leadership provided by the Executive Director, System Clinical Operations and Regulatory and supports the development, evaluation, coordination, and implementation, of pharmacy clinical operations, regulatory compliance and medication safety/quality services throughout PSJH. This position will be responsible for supporting the Executive Director, System Clinical Operations and Regulatory with leading the execution and implementation of key system safety, quality, clinical operations and regulatory initiatives. This position will work closely with the Director, System Medication Safety and Quality and with regional and ministry leadership and their teams to achieve management objectives in service to our core strategy of "Creating Healthier Communities, Together". The scope of this position is wide and demand high level of experienced influential leadership to be able to work closely and gain acceptance from executive system and regional leadership. The successful candidate will be proficient in leadership, strategic thinking, obtaining results, decision making, clinical operations, medication safety and quality principles and regulatory standards.

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy. And
  • Master's Degree in Pharmacy or related field of study. Or
  • Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License
  • 5 years Progressive pharmacy practice experience, preferably in leadership related to clinical, medication safety, quality, or regulatory compliance

Preferred qualifications:
  • PharmD

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
