Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Manitoba College of Pharmacists
• Injection certification required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent service
• Liaise with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Maintain communication, scheduling, and implementation of policies and procedures
• Conduct staff performance reviews and aid in recruitment and training
• Foster a positive work environment while upholding labor policies
• Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance service offerings
• Seek innovative ways to improve pharmacy processes
• Manage P&L statements and achieve operational targets
