About the PositionHarris Health is seeking a
Pharmacy Business Financial Manager to oversee the pharmacy finance and accounting functions while supporting strategic and operational initiatives across the pharmacy division.
In this leadership role, you will manage financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis to ensure sound fiscal management. You will collaborate with pharmacy leadership to solve complex financial challenges, improve operational efficiency, and support informed decision-making that advances Harris Health's mission of delivering exceptional patient care.Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required
- Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting required or currently in progress
- CPA preferred
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of financial and operational management experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- 3 years of management experience preferred, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Communication Skills
- Above Average Verbal (heavy public contact)
- Exceptional verbal communication (public speaking)
- Strong written communication (correspondence and reports)
