Qualifications

• Current State of Idaho Pharmacist license.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care and services to patients at both Boise and Nampa locations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication use.
• Manage medication therapy and counsels patients on their prescriptions.
• Conduct health screenings and immunizations as needed.
• Utilize electronic health records to document patient interactions and ensure compliance.
• Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.
