NDSH is seeking aPharmacist in the Jamestown, ND area.Sign on Bonus up to $20,000The North Dakota State Hospital (NDSH), located in Jamestown, is a specialized psychiatric hospital that serves the whole state. Services focus on psychiatric rehabilitation, residential substance use disorders treatment, and residential treatment for sexually dangerous individuals.
As the Staff Pharmacist, you will attend treatment team meetings, provide pharmaceutical information services to other staff, dispense medications, and ensure that medications are being utilized safely and appropriately. The pharmacy provides after-hours on-call services to the hospital, and this position would provide the on-call services approximately every third week.
To be considered for the Staff Pharmacist position, you must have Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from a school or college of pharmacy recognized by the North Dakota Board of Pharmacy and hold an active North Dakota pharmacist license in good standing or be able to obtain a North Dakota pharmacist license.
LocationND HHS utilizes a blended workplace model. This position is required to work onsite at the State Hospital in Jamestown, North Dakota.
