In this role, you will support multiple locations within a three-hour radius of Sault Ste. Marie, bringing your expertise where it's needed most. Enjoy the variety of travel while still returning home to sleep in your own bed each night, no overnight stays required! Mileage and meal reimbursements are provided where applicable.

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities:
  • Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development. Administer vaccines and immunizations
  • Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions
  • Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice
  • Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacist
  • Injection certification is required
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
