  • Active Georgia Pharmacist license.
  • Two (2) years clinical pharmacy experience.
  • ASHP- Accredited Post Graduate Year 1 and 2 Residency or Fellowship or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Relevant Pharmacy Specialty Board certification (preferred).
  • Previous management experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

As part of the Health care team, leads operation and clinical activity of the Pharmacy Staff so as to provide pharmaceutical care. Acts as a professional resource. Serves all patients, including, but not limited to, neonates, pediatrics, adolescent, adults and geriatrics.

Qualifications REQUIRED
  • Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
