Full Time - must be willing to work 12 hour shifts as needed.
Must be willing to travel to our sites in Bryan, Defiance and Tiffin, Ohio as needed.
This position will practice within the scope defined by the Ohio professional licensing board. By utilizing their pharmacy license, the Pharmacist will work with patients, providers, and other members of the health care team to provide patients with appropriate and beneficial comprehensive pharmacy services.

QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy and current Pharmacy License in the State of Ohio.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Successful completion of in-house training.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Current License in good standing with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy.
- Ability to act as a preceptor for pharmacy students.
- CPR - BLS (basic life support) required.
- Professional demeanor.
- Ability to respect confidentiality of patient data.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of insurance and third-party payment systems preferred.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Computer experience.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as required by position.
- Ability to work with a culturally diverse group of people.
WORK ENVIRONMENTWork is primarily sedentary, demanding sitting, walking, lifting, and bending.
