We're seeking a full-time PharmacistFloater who would be based in Fort Lupton and be able to travel to our other SALUDPharmacies located in Brighton, Commerce City, Longmont, and Fort Collins, based on where assistance is needed.

We offer:
  • Starting hourly pay range is $65.87 to $74.37 per hour
  • Monday to Friday - Available 8 am to 5:30 pm

A SALUD Pharmacist performs a professional service in dispensing medication, diagnosis, and treatment of SALUD patients. The Pharmacist approaches his/her tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in a self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change. This would include patients in the ambulatory setting as well as the corresponding hospital. Adheres to the spirit of the SALUD mission statement.

Qualifications

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharm D preferred

Licensure:
  • Possess a license to practice pharmacy in good standing in the State of Colorado

Experience:
  • Experience working at a Community Health Center pharmacy is preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Working knowledge of the principles and practices of general medicine
  • Thorough knowledge of the pharmaceutical treatment of a variety of diseases and injuries
  • Must work well with the other patient care team members
  • Ability to gain the confidence of patients and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with them and with other employees
  • Ability to speak Spanish preferred
  • Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must
