Full Job Description
Position Summary:
The Pharmacist oversees the licensure processes in Washington State. This role involves ensuring compliance with state pharmacy laws, completing required documentation for pharmacist and technician licensure, attending Program Advisory Council (PAC) meetings, and ensuring educational and training standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and interpret pharmacy law projects required by Washington State for pharmacy technician
  • Complete and submit the Pharmacist Program Director Attestation form for assistant pharmacist (tech-in training license) licensure applications.
  • Complete and certify the Director's Certification for Pharmacy Technician Education and Training for technician licensure applications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Washington State Board of Pharmacy regulations and licensure requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all licensure documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a point of contact for regulatory bodies regarding licensure documentation and compliance to include PAC meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a program director or in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience with pharmacy technician training programs.
