Full Job Description
Lead the regional Wealth Management Trust business, including colleague leadership, client service, business development, profitability, and fiduciary oversight. You will shape regional strategy, strengthen internal and external partnerships, and help clients navigate complex trust, estate, investment management, and financial planning needs.
What you'll do:
• Lead the regional Trust business with accountability for growth, profitability, client satisfaction, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
• Manage Personal Trust accounts of significant complexity and provide guidance on fiduciary matters.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team with the expertise needed to serve clients effectively.
• Drive new business development and client retention through strong relationships with clients, prospects, and centers of influence.
• Partner across Wealth Management and other business lines to identify client needs and deliver coordinated solutions.
• Develop policies, procedures, budgets, and long-term strategies that support responsible growth and sound fiduciary administration.
• Monitor regulatory, audit, compliance, and investment management requirements to protect clients and the organization.
• Represent the Trust business in management and community activities that strengthen relationships and market presence.
What you'll bring:
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Pre-Law, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of experience in Personal Trust, estate administration, and probate
• 7+ years of experience in personal financial planning
• 4+ years of management experience
• Strong knowledge of investment management and fiduciary laws, rules, and regulations
• Demonstrated experience developing business, retaining client relationships, and leading teams
Preferred
• Juris Doctor degree
• Certified Financial Planner, CFP®
• Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor, CTFA

For certain positions, total compensation may also include incentive, commission, or bonus opportunities not reflected in the posted base pay range.
$167,930.00 - $287,880.00 per year
