About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to manage personal injury and property damage cases from intake through resolution or trial. This role is best suited for a litigation professional who is confident in client-facing work, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy.
Responsibilities- Manage personal injury and property damage cases from intake through trial.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing clear legal guidance.
- Communicate with insurance carriers regarding claims, demands, and settlements.
- Prepare cases for litigation, mediation, and trial.
- Conduct negotiations and represent clients in settlement discussions.
- Handle trial proceedings, including courtroom advocacy and presentation.
- Provide ongoing client updates and case strategy input.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support case success and efficiency.
Requirements- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
- 6+ years of litigation experience.
- Strong negotiation, advocacy, and case evaluation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage a full caseload.
Preferred- First-chair jury trial experience.
- Experience in personal injury and property damage litigation.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior attorneys.
