About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to manage personal injury and property damage cases from intake through resolution or trial. This role is best suited for a litigation professional who is confident in client-facing work, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy.
Responsibilities
  • Manage personal injury and property damage cases from intake through trial.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing clear legal guidance.
  • Communicate with insurance carriers regarding claims, demands, and settlements.
  • Prepare cases for litigation, mediation, and trial.
  • Conduct negotiations and represent clients in settlement discussions.
  • Handle trial proceedings, including courtroom advocacy and presentation.
  • Provide ongoing client updates and case strategy input.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support case success and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
  • 6+ years of litigation experience.
  • Strong negotiation, advocacy, and case evaluation skills.
