Position Overview

We are searching for a Personal Injury Paralegal responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to handling cases from intake to settlement, preparing and submitting demand packages to insurance companies, organizing and analyzing documents and case work, and drafting pleadings and other court documents. The Paralegal must be extremely organized and meticulous, and able to multitask in order to effectively work in the Firm's high-speed, client-driven environment. Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a legal office or law firm setting, preferably in personal injury, medical malpractice, or civil litigation
• Knowledge of legal concepts and principles sufficient to perform research tasks under the direction and guidance of the attorney
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, and other support staff
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Familiarity with case management software and databases is preferred
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
