Your MissionAs a Trial Attorney, you will take primary responsibility for litigating personal injury cases in Virginia and, where licensed, West Virginia courts. Qualifications• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Virginia Bar license required.
• Minimum of 4 years of personal injury litigation experience with demonstrated trial success.
• Strong knowledge of Virginia civil procedure and litigation practices.
• Excellent courtroom advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for court appearances.
Preferred• Licensed in West Virginia and/or Maryland.
• Experience handling cases in multiple jurisdictions.
• Established relationships within the Virginia and/or West Virginia legal community.
