Compensation- $125,000-$150,000 yearly compensation
- Ceiling-free commissions

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do• Serve as lead counsel on your personal injury docket
• Develop a case strategy with meaningful autonomy and team support
• Conduct new client consultations with clarity and compassion
• Move cases forward with urgency, ownership, and a results-driven mindset
• Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery, and correspondence
• Argue motions and represent clients in court
• Delegate effectively while retaining full responsibility for outcomes
• Resolve settlements and verdicts, including liens and disbursements
• Collaborate with teammates, share wins, and support others
• Identify issues and implement solutions proactively
QualificationsRequired• Based in or near Austin, TX
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar License
• 2+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage a heavy, fast-moving caseload
• Strong research, writing, communication, and courtroom skills
• Proficiency with Dropbox, Slack, case management systems, and AI tools
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Team-first, humble, supportive approach
• Commitment to compassionate and urgent client communication
