Responsibilities
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather required documentation and information necessary for permit applications and approvals.
Prepares and processes essential documents for right-of-way access across government-owned land.
Tracks and maintains detailed records of permit statuses, approvals, and expiration dates, ensuring that all permits are up-to-date and in compliance with regulations.
Coordinates closely with utility companies and governmental entities to establish efficient communication channels and streamline the approval process for facility-related projects.
Manages the billing and annual payments to multiple agencies, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of payments for services or usage related to organizational projects.
Monitors regulatory changes and updates related to licenses, permits, and governmental requirements, ensuring organizational compliance and timely adjustments to processes.
Provides input on process improvements to reduce potential bottlenecks in obtaining approvals.

Additional Information
This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
