As our Perinatal Nurse Case Manager, you'll be at the heart of helping expectant parents feel empowered, supported, and cared for, every step of the way. Hourly Pay: $52.65-$60.00

What You'll Do
  • Conduct pre-visit OB intake appointments with all new OB patients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and coordinator between Chapa-De OB providers, Camellia Women's Health and delivering Labor and Delivery Department.
  • Manage follow-up care and referrals for antenatal testing of OB patients as directed by the OB providers.
