Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with franchisees, suppliers, and stakeholders

  • Manage and coordinate coaching activities across all locations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all locations
  • Monitor, analyze, and coach shops on performance metrics while providing regular reports to senior management

Full Job Description
As a Performance Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind franchise performance and operational excellence within your region. Working closely with franchisees and internal stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities, implement impactful strategies, and provide the support needed to help locations reach their full potential. From improving operational efficiency to fostering business growth, you'll play a vital role in accelerating success across the network.

The daily road of a Performance Specialist:

  • Developing and maintaining an excellent relationships with franchisees, suppliers, and other stakeholders within the area.
  • Oversee and take ownership of account's operation, including organizing and implementing operational procedures and policies.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability in their area.
  • Managing and coordinating of coaching activities of all locations within the area.
  • Ensuring that all locations within the area are complying with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring, analyzing and coaching shops on their performance metrics and providing regular reports to senior management (Scorecards, segmentation, profitability, sales).
  • Build action plans according to performance analysis, follow up and providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Identifying and addressing any operational issues or challenges within the area.
  • Maintain Franchisees Management System updated.


The pilot we are looking for :

  • Valid Canadian driver's license and excellent driving record
  • Ability to travel extensively in the region covered and sometimes elsewhere in Canada, as needed
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • At least 5 years of industry experience
  • Damage Appraisal experience
  • Production management skills
  • Strong communication skills
