Performance Marketing Manager Bloom Nutrition Location: Austin, Texas Monday-Thursday onsite Overview: Bloom Nutrition is looking for a sharp, operationally minded marketing professional to join the Performance Marketing team as a Manager of Performance Marketing This role is for someone who thrives in the infrastructure layer of marketing. You will own the operational backbone of a high-growth performance marketing organization covering influencer, gifting, social, TikTok Shop, and omnichannel digital across both beverage and nutrition businesses. Responsibilities: Budget Management - Own and maintain the consolidated Performance Marketing budget tracker across Beverage and Nutrition, tracking spend vs allocation by channel, product, and business on a monthly basis. - Communicate budget pacing, variances, and reallocation needs to the VP in a clear, finance-ready format. - Partner with Finance on accruals, invoice approvals, and period-end reconciliation. - Support quarterly and annual budget planning cycles with historical data and spend analysis. Campaign Timeline Coordination - Maintain a campaign calendar - including go-live dates, product, and any creative deadlines that affect paid, gifting, or TikTok Shop activations. - Conduct weekly check-ins with performance channel leads to confirm awareness of upcoming launches, date changes, shifts in inventory shipments, and creative status for campaigns. Internal Reporting - Build and maintain the weekly and monthly performance reporting cadence for the VP and executive leadership, consolidating metrics across social, influencer, and paid channels into clean, decision-ready reports. - Manage reporting templates that leads across the org can use consistently. - Identify reporting gaps and partner with the Data Lead to close them. Deck Creation and Executive Communications - Build high-quality presentations for internal stakeholder meetings, executive reviews, and cross-functional alignment sessions. - Translate data and strategy into clear, compelling slides that reflect the voice and standards of the VP. - Manage version control and distribution of all decks produced by the Performance Marketing org. Cross-functional Coordinator - Serve as the operational point of contact between Performance Marketing, Brand, and Finance teams. - Track cross-functional deliverables and flag risks to the VP before they become blockers. Requirements: - 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing operations or marketing manager role - Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets and working with Finance on reconciliation and reporting. - Advanced proficiency in Excel - you can build a budget model, write formulas, and maintain a tracker without hand-holding. - Strong deck-building skills in PowerPoint or Google Slides - you produce clean, executive-quality presentations. - Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth consumer brand environment. - Extremely organized with a bias toward documentation and process clarity. - Strong written communication skills - you can synthesize a messy situation into a clear Slack message or a tight slide. - Comfortable operating across multiple teams without direct authority - you build trust through reliability, not title.
