About this role:Become an integral member of the Marketing Operations team at ConnectOne Bank! This hands-on, tactical position is critical to scaling our efforts by owning digital campaign execution and the continuous evolution of our MarTech stack, leveraging automation and emerging technologies like AI. You will enable the team to move faster, execute better, and deliver high-quality campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue across all of ConnectOne's brands.
This role is ideal for someone deeply interested in performance marketing and who can strategically build, own, and continuously optimize a MarTech stack using technical skills, AI, and automation to drive high-quality campaign execution and conversion.
In this role you will:- Support the Bank's "People First" focus and rules of engagement-maintaining a professional demeanor, working as an active member of the CNOB team, providing all clients excellent service, always striving to make CNOB "A Better Place to Be".
- Support and management of two Hubspot environments. One for ConnectOne Bank and one for Boefly.
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and continuously improve high-performing marketing automation campaigns and workflows across platforms.
- Lead Lifecycle Management: Drive conversion across platforms by managing the full lead lifecycle, including generation, nurturing, and precise customer segmentation.
- Complex Customer Journey Mapping: Utilize HubSpot's Customer Journey Analytics to track single contacts across multiple deals. Build advanced journey maps featuring optional steps and branching paths to identify exactly where high-intent leads are dropping off and optimize the funnel accordingly.
- Dynamic & AI-Driven Personalization: Leverage Programmable Mail (HubL), Smart Content, and HubSpot's Breeze AI to develop highly tailored communications. This includes using the AI Data Agent within workflows to summarize a contact's recent activity and dynamically inject it into internal sales notifications or hyper-personalized automated check-in emails.
- Data-Driven Iteration & A/B Testing: Conduct AI-powered Adaptive Testing for landing pages and sequence performance analytics. Build and maintain custom Engagement Scores using calculation properties (e.g., +5 points for a conversation, 10 for 30 days of inactivity) to trigger strategic workflows based on real-time score changes.
Must haves:- 3+ years of marketer level experience with Hubspot, specifically proficient with the Customer Journey Analytics tool, multi-touch attribution reports.
- Proven experience in automation workflows and managing lead lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and database segmentation.
- Proven experience in brand development and ability to maintain brand integrity across channels
- Intermediate knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and advertising platforms (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Google) and multi-touch attribution reporting.
- Advanced custom reporting with multiple data sources
