Job Description

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Performance Management Managerto join our Talent Management team in a hybrid capacity.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Lead the design, development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the performance management experience including but not limited to talent standards, coaching, evaluations and feedback
  • Manage an internal performance management transformation including a new software platform implementation
  • Spearhead multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring effective prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery of strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, job aids, presentations, and other supporting resources to drive adoption, consistency, and operational excellence
  • Create executive-level presentations, communications, and strategic deliverables that directly support firm priorities and leadership decision-making
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, improve content development, generate insights, and drive innovation across performance management programs and initiatives
  • Assist HR Field representatives and leadership in implementing performance management tools and techniques
  • Develop and execute communication plans to drive performance management process awareness and compliance
  • Assist in the development and presentation of performance management training programs and tools
  • Collect, analyze and maintain data metrics to inform targeted employee development and succession planning
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect feedback and ideas for improvements, balance in-the-moment needs with long term goals
  • Embrace innovation and look beyond traditional ways to create new approaches and solve problems
  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Performance Management Manager or in a similar position
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business-related field
  • Experience working for a Public Accounting or Professional Services Firm
  • Demonstrates deep expertise in performance management and applies strong business acumen to develop and recommend strategic solutions
  • Strong and effective project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to produce accurate, polished, and high-quality work products in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop executive-level presentations, communications, and materials that are visually compelling, strategically aligned, and tailored for senior leadership audiences
  • Superior presentation skills with the ability to adapt appropriately to target audiences, influence and foster group communication
  • Demonstrated success as a collaborator and relationship builder with the ability to facilitate strategic working sessions
  • Ability to work effectively under challenging conditions; demonstrates resilience
  • Ability to bring multiple ideas from different channels into fruition
  • Proven track record of analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights
  • Ability to be flexible in a dynamic environment and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with any or all the following tools: Copilot or other AI tools, SharePoint, Qualtrics 360, Cornerstone on Demand, UKG, and PowerBI
  • PHR or SHRM-CP designation is a plus
