Full Job Description
Serve as the primary Performance leader for Enterprise Paid Marketing Function for Lending and Wholesale Line of Businesses. Develop paid marketing plans and tactics that achieve business goals and drive sales outcomes through ongoing optimization in partnership with Channel leads and through iterative test and learn. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Develop marketing strategies to support business objectives utilizing paid marketing channels 2. Focus on near-term sales outcomes and long-term business and operational planning and performance. 3. Directly impact business results by determining the direction of paid marketing projects, including budget allocation and Test and Learn. 4. Monitor performance trends, competitive marketplace and provide ongoing marketing support that ensures the competitiveness of offered products and services. 5. Develop policies and plans and identify and resolves technical, operational, risk management, business, and organizational challenges. 7. Provide leadership to professional-level contributors and/or large-scale programs. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training 2. Ten years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, managing teams 3. Consumer Lending (Personal Loans, Mortgage, Credit Card) /Commercial/Corporate/Wealth banking product and/or segment marketing experience 4. Demonstrated contribution to paid marketing strategy development to solve complex and/or unique operational problems 5. Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes, and paid channel knowledge 6. Significant budget management experience 7. Deep understanding of clients using research and analytics to ensure marketing success 8. Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to influence others at senior levels to adopt a new perspective 11. Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and regulatory factors that shape the industry 12. Strong presentation skills and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: 1. Availability Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
