Job Description:
DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Performance & Digitalization Analyst, located in Markham Ontario, Canada
The Performance & Digitalization Analyst will support the advancement of data-driven decision making, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives across DePuy Synthes. This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to monitor business performance, develop insights from data, identify process improvement opportunities, and help implement digital solutions that enhance efficiency and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business performance metrics and develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports to support operational and strategic decision making.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Support the implementation and adoption of digitalization initiatives, tools, and technologies across business functions.
- Partner with stakeholders to document business requirements and translate operational needs into data-driven solutions.
- Conduct analyses of business processes and identify automation, simplification, and efficiency opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement projects using structured problem-solving and performance management methodologies.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Assist with change management, communications, and user adoption activities related to digital transformation programs.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational standards and policies.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to share best practices and support
enterprise-wide digital initiatives.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Operations, or a related field required.
Experience and Skills
Required:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in trade operations, import/export, logistics, or supply chain operations within a regulated environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and standard Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical, problemadsolving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in analytics, reporting, dashboard development, business intelligence, process improvement, or supply chain support roles preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and communicating insights to business stakeholders.
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and other analytics or automation technologies preferred.
- Ability to define and track KPIs, create performance reporting, and support structured business reviews.
- Exposure to digitalization, automation, workflow improvement, or systems implementation projects is preferred.

- Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
74,000.00 - 133,000.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
