As a Vice President, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight in investment analytics, driving best practices and minimizing risk through thought leadership and process excellence. You will lead a team of analysts, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery while mentoring and developing their expertise in investment performance.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee complex client portfolios across all plan types, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery in collaboration with senior team leads and analysts.
- Lead client engagements-both virtual and in-person-covering performance methodology, benchmark construction, performance reporting, plan structures, and scenario analysis.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the full Performance and Analytics product suite, identifying solutions and opportunities to enhance client outcomes.
- Champion client-facing technology, driving adoption and training for both internal and external stakeholders to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure client deliverables and performance metrics are met, maintaining documentation and adhering to risk and compliance standards. Develop and execute remediation plans as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements that elevate client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in investment performance or analytics.
- At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Strong technical proficiency in investment reporting platforms, performance methodologies and data analysis tools.
- CFA or CIPM certification preferred.
Salary Range:$115,000 - $197,500 Annual
