Job Title: PeopleSoft Project Manager, PMP certified
Location: Remote (US, Canada)
Duration: FTE
Travel: Occasional client visit in the future but mostly remote work.
REQUIREMENTS- 8-10 years of experience managing large, complex PeopleSoft CS/HCM/FSCM 9.2 upgrade projects preferred. Application,PUM and PeopleTools Upgrade)
- Thorough understanding of PeopleSoft 9.2 technology, implementations, upgrades, customization, and configurations as well as operational management experience.
- Provide project management support on PeopleSoft 9.2
- Techno functional experience in FSCM/HCM/CS 9.2 is a plus
- Experience with Oracle Cloud infrastructure ( OCI) is a plus.
- Bachelor, or Master s degree in Computers, IT, HR, or Business with PMP certifcation
- Must be a US Citizen. H1B,EAD or Green card will not be accepted.
- Experience working for federal government, state or county entities is a plus.
- Ideal candidate must be good with project plan, baseline, budget, change orders manage stakeholders and provide reports.
- Strong problem solving ability with sound leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience successfully implementing Shared Services is strongly desired.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/PROJECT TASKS- Full life cycle management of the FSCM, HCM & Campus Solutions Shared Services Program Management of all technology implementations and integrations
- Coordination with team leads managing other technical work streams
- Reporting project status and accomplishments to Management
- Coordinate with the Configuration and Change Manager
- Contribute to new processes and procedures, decision-making
- Ability to track and manage issues related to upgrade, tracking down resolutions etc.
