Full Job Description
Position Title: PEOPLE & TALENT MANAGER - BOSTON, MA

Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 / yr plus annual bonus potential ($7,000 - $8,000)

Job Summary

We are seeking a People Talent Manager for a pretigious high volume, highly visible, campus dining account. Our business savvy human resources leader must be proactive with demonstrated passion, drive & motivation to create value through direct and personal impact on the business.
The great things you will be doing
Drive the continual evolution and execution of R/A's People Leader-focused CARE strategy that modernizes our People Leadership strategies focused on Communication, Engagement, Learning and Development strategies that help employees navigate their work environment, while positively impacting overall employee, customer, and client experience; Works directly with R/A business leaders, setting the highest quality and service standards; will encourage, empower, train, develop team members to be their best in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversees R/A's CARE People leader engagement strategies in alignment for meaningful workplace experience for all.
• Sets framework and measurement of the role of the leadership that ensures the success of our programs and talent, employee experience using measurable achievements to accountability structures
• Partner, coach, mentor key business team members by ensuring People Leader standards are in place for success; Train Managers as effective role models, facilitate important conversations around empathy, compassion, backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
• Ensure consistent and effective implementation of learning & development platforms across the business; Maintain open communication with leadership regarding Centers for Excellence activity. Present on People activities during meetings.
• Meet regularly with Associates for feedback sessions and Town Hall Communications of people activities.
• Design, develop and deliver training courses and workshops, including but not limited to, leadership development and performance improvement
• Propose learning solutions to address performance gaps
• Talent Management with intention succession planning for frontline associates to leadership pathways and professional development opportunities for all staff including internal mentorship programs
• Partner with Talent Acquisition with focus on diversifying talent pipelines and develop an insights-driven plan for diversity recruitment, Grow "ready now" bench

Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of accomplishments, be forward-thinking and eloquent; they quickly gain credibility based on performance and tactful, emotionally intelligent communication. This individual must understand that the culture is value driven, and highly entrepreneurial. They are a strong leader with proven strategic abilities, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work at the highest levels of an organization while relating well to the general workforce.
• Bachelor's degree and minimum five + years of experience in People/Human Resources Leadership, Employee Engagement Training, Talent Management, Development, and Learning. Labor relations experience is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in luxury business setting; Management/People experience within the hospitality industry a plus
• Excellent stand-up delivery and facilitation skills that drive key learning outcomes and empower application beyond the classroom; Dynamic, self-motivated individual who is comfortable speaking in large groups and with all levels of management
• Strategic problem solver, business partner, facilitator of change and ability to effectively evaluate and resolve path forward with emotional intelligence.
