  • Monitor and support compliance with logistics and company quality, safety, policy, procedure, and directive requirements by developing, distributing, and maintaining procedures, documentation, and related support materials.
  • Champion company-sponsored programs, events, community involvement, and charitable activities by serving as a local community liaison and promoting participation among associates, customers, and community partners.
  • Model company values, standards of ethics and integrity, and a belonging mindset by supporting the Open Door Policy, promoting inclusion, and providing direction on applying company expectations in daily business practices.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and continuous learning by supporting operational changes, refining HR processes, and helping leaders and associates navigate evolving business needs.

What you'll bring...
  • Experience in human resources, people partnership, associate relations, operations leadership, transportation, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment policies, compliance requirements, associate relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with individuals and groups, verbally and in writing, including associates, leaders, customers, suppliers, and community partners.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate concerns, evaluate information, consult with partners, and recommend practical business solutions.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with leaders, associates, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Experience using data, reporting, and business insights to identify trends, measure progress, support decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transportation or logistics environment while remaining organized, responsive, and adaptable.
  • Leadership capability, including coaching, mentoring, providing feedback, supporting development, building accountability, and promoting a positive associate experience.
  • Understanding of safety, quality, compliance, and operational standards in a logistics, transportation, distribution, or similar environment.
