Full Job Description
  • Promotes, communicates, and implements human resources strategies and initiatives.
  • Works with business leaders to solve significant people and cultural issues.
  • Builds and maintains influential relationships by being a strategic partner with management and an advocate for employees.
  • Provides guidance on employment law, coordinates performance management, and resolves employee relations issues.
  • Acts as expert on human resources policies and procedures, such as payroll, benefits, compensation, employee development, and recruiting.
  • Educates employees on policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Responds to HR inquiries such as, but not limited to: Employment Law, Compensation, Training, HR systems, EEO, and/or Payroll.
  • Enters and maintains data and participates in audits.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
