Position SummaryThe Pediatrician will provide high-quality primary care to infants, children, and adolescents in a collaborative, team-based environment. This role includes preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, and coordination of care with other providers and community resources.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver well-child exams, immunizations, and preventive screenings.
- Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic pediatric conditions.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, growth and development, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with medical, behavioral health, and dental providers to ensure integrated, holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold compliance with federal, state, and organizational standards.
Qualifications- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified
- Current Florida medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
