How You'll Make an Impact- Pediatric care: Deliver outpatient pediatric care across infancy through adolescence, including same-day sick visits, and diagnose and treat common pediatric conditions.
- Well-child & development: Manage well-child visits, routine screenings, and developmental monitoring.
- Prevention & immunizations: Administer immunizations and counsel families on prevention and wellness.
- Diagnostics & referrals: Order and interpret labs and diagnostics, and coordinate referrals when needed.
- Tech-enabled documentation: Document care in the EMR with AI tools, partner with an integrated care team, and join quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements- MD/DO with active NYS medical license
- Board eligible or board certified in Pediatrics
- Residency-trained in Pediatrics (ACGME accredited)
- Comfortable with outpatient pediatrics: well visits, sick visits, and continuity care
- EMR proficiency; strong HIPAA compliance
- BLS/PALS required; ACLS and Infection Control preferred
- Pediatrics experience preferred; Spanish language skills a plus
- Newly trained Pediatricians encouraged to apply
