We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Pediatrician to join a long-established, collaborative medical group in Canyon Country, California. This position is available due to the planned retirement of a pediatrician after 30 years and offers the opportunity to step into a stable practice with strong support, modern facilities, and excellent work-life balance. The group is open to physicians at any stage of their career, including new residency graduates, and values a friendly, team-oriented approach to patient care.
Key Position Details:
- Outpatient pediatric care for patients ages 0-17
- Average of 20-30 patients per day with age-appropriate visit lengths

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Where You'll Work The Facye Medical Group is a modern facility that opened in September 2018, designed to support efficient, patient-centered care. The site is home to two pediatricians and is part of a larger group consisting of 26 pediatric providers across eight locations, offering strong collegial support and long-term provider stability.
Each pediatrician is supported by a dedicated care team, including two back-office medical assistants and a licensed nursing caregiver, as well as front-office reception staff. The broader group and foundation foster a collaborative, supportive culture with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and provider satisfaction.
