Pediatric RN Opportunity in Humble & Kingwood, TX: One-on-One Private Duty Care
$45-$50 per Hour | Consistent Shifts Available | Days, Evenings, Nights & Weekends
In this role, you'll provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a medically fragile infant in the home setting. Responsibilities include performing nursing assessments, monitoring patient status, administering prescribed treatments, and working closely with the family and healthcare team to ensure the highest level of care. Your clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered nursing will help create a safe and supportive environment while improving quality of life for both the patient and family.
Candidates must have hands-on pediatric experience with BiPAP, airway suctioning, cough assist, Mic-Key G-tube feedings, and enteral feeding pumps. Experience with these skills is required to safely and effectively support the patient's ongoing care needs at home.
Qualified candidates must possess a current Texas RN license, current BLS certification, a minimum of one year of nursing experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to meet all employment and background requirements. Home health or private duty pediatric experience is preferred. The ideal nurse is dependable, attentive, compassionate, and comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication with families and the clinical team.
