Description

The Department of Pediatrics, Section of Endocrinology at the Yale University School of Medicine seeks a physician-scientist for a full-time position at the rank of Assistant Professor, commensurate with experience. Candidates must have a developed or developing research program in addition to proven teaching abilities. The individual's research focus should be basic to translational with an emphasis on disease processes. Priority areas of interest include diabetes, metabolism and obesity.

This individual will join a division of dedicated faculty and advanced nurse practitioners that provide Pediatric Endocrinology care for patients throughout the state and lead cutting edge, internationally recognized research programs. In addition to the active research and an extensive and growing clinical program, the section has an excellent Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship Program.
