Compensation & Benefits- $33.00-$55.00 per hour (DOE)

What You'll Do- Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Help children improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, self-care, and daily living activities
- Partner with families and caregivers to support progress outside of therapy sessions
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, early intervention providers, and behavioral health professionals
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Foster a positive, engaging, and encouraging therapy environment for every child
Qualifications- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- North Dakota Occupational Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Pediatric experience is preferred, but mentorship is available for motivated therapists entering pediatric practice
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for helping children reach their developmental goals
Compensation $33-$55 per hour
