General Dentist to join our growing team. This position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates, and new graduates with an interest in pediatrics are encouraged to apply.
About the Opportunity: Join a supportive, family-friendly pediatric practice committed to providing gentle, high-quality care to children of all ages. Our ideal candidate is open to working in a pediatric environment-previous experience with children is a plus, but
not required. You will be supported by a rotating team of assistants, ensuring you always have help chairside.
Compensation Structure: - Daily Base: $800-$900/day to start (flexible depending on experience).
- Compensation Model: Begin on a daily base, then transition to percentage of production after an initial period.
Insurance & Payor Mix: - Majority Medi-Cal (state insurance).
- Some PPO accepted.
- No HMO.
Schedule: - Open to Full-Time or Part-Time.
- Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM.
- Part-Time: Flexible, ideally Monday-Tuesday or Thursday-Friday (same hours).
Clinical Scope: The doctor will focus on pediatric general dentistry. The following procedures are
referred to:
- Implants.
- Periodontics.
- Oral Surgery.
- Endodontics.
- Orthodontics.
Office Information: - Team: 6 team members currently (actively hiring additional staff).
- Assistants: Rotating assistants-doctor will never work without support.
Operatories:- 4 treatment rooms.
- 6 open-bay hygiene chairs.
- Technology: Open Dental EHR; limited specialty equipment due to the nature of pediatric care.
