Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required, or 9-12 years relevant work experience without a degree.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience, with a focus on cost engineering or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Bechtel's CFAR financial reporting systems and cost management systems (EcoSys).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills needed for effective cost analysis summary and implementation.
• Preferred experience in Data Centers or Semiconductors industries.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of cost monitoring and control standards and reports.
• Assist in developing and assigning project cost accounts, recommending modifications.
• Prepare and coordinate monthly invoices and reconcile billings.
• Coordinate the development and maintain accuracy of financial records like PSERV and QURR.
• Verify prior reports for consistency and compatibility.
• Perform performance monitoring and control for applied procedures.
• Prepare specific budgets and assist with their allocation per standards.
