Full Job Description
About the Role:
We're looking for a Patient Support Specialist - Bridgewater, NJ on the Patient Support team to help us expand what's possible for patients with serious diseases. Reporting to the Associate Director, Patient Support Specialist Team, in this role, you will primarily focus on intake of Program Enrollment Forms and support the team with daily administrative/activities/ inbound phone calls and other functions that aid in supporting the program, team, and management.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to be an integral role of the Patient Support team. You'll also:
  • Complete intake process and data entry for all documents received into the Patient Support Program
  • Follow all requirements associated with compliance to guidelines and relevant regulations, including HIPAA and patient privacy
  • Triage documentation to appropriate parties based on defined requirements
  • Responsible for detailed and thorough documentation of information in the Patient Engagement Platform
  • Report any adverse events within 24 hours of awareness to appropriate departments within Insmed
  • Participate in regularly scheduled team meetings, and team events


Who You Are:

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Your experience will include 2+ years in patient data entry in the health-care field OR equivalent.

Additionally, you have:
  • Ability to run high volume data entry function
  • Must be comfortable working in a remote environment and proficient in operating multiple technology applications simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and process-oriented
  • Shown success in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
  • Patient focused: dedication to putting patients first in everything you do
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and ensure seamless experience amongst a variety of collaborators
  • Individuals must demonstrate the ability to interact in a dynamic and culturally diverse workplace

Pay Range:
$39.00-50.00 Hourly
