Salary: 85,000 - 95,000 / year based on experience

Other Forms of Compensation: Flexible Paid Time Off, Benefits, 401K

Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead and oversee our Patient Services team within an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish goals and oversee the implementation of patient meal services in alignment with medical directives and patient population needs
  • Recruit, lead, coach, train, and develop patient services team members
  • Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions, including special and modified diets, while supporting patient food preferences within prescribed guidelines
  • Drive patient satisfaction initiatives and ensure service excellence standards are met
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, including federal, state, and accrediting agencies, while upholding HIPAA regulations, patient rights, and confidentiality policies
  • Lead and participate in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility-wide Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
