What You9ll Be Doing- Fill a management role with both clinical and operational responsibility for your team
- Serve as liaison between the Director of Patient Care Services, clinical staff, patients, families, and the community
- Oversee scheduling, workflow, and compliance for clinical associates
- Step in to provide routine patient care in the absence of other clinical staff members
- Ensure adherence to hospice policies, state and federal regulations, and Silverado standards
- Support quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary team collaboration
Qualifications- Registered Nurse with a valid state license
- Minimum of 1 years9 experience in healthcare management, ideally in hospice
- Valid driver9s license and auto insurance
- Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to patient locations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Anticipated pay range
$110,000-$125,000 USD
