- Monitor parts sales, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports on department performance.
- Collaborate with service and sales departments to meet customer needs and support overall dealership goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements- Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within an automotive dealership.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and customers.
- Proficiency with MS Office and parts management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications related to automotive parts management is a plus.
