Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage parts department
- Inventory/stocking control
- Pricing control
- Core management
- Staff management & development
- Performance and goal management
- Customer and supplier relations
Position Requirements:
- 5 years dealership experience managing parts sales, inventory and staff within the automotive, truck or bus parts industry
- Valid driver's license
- Background in staff management, inventory control and customer relations
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to achieve and maintain Navistar and Thermo King parts certifications
- Strong computers skills including dealership software, Microsoft Excel and Outlook
