Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
• 3 years of experience in parts management or related field
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Manage the parts department, including inventory, ordering, and distribution of parts
• Ensure that the department runs smoothly and efficiently
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that parts are available when needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure that the department is well-stocked
• Train and supervise parts department staff
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of all parts
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the parts department
• Ensure all parts are accounted for and the department operates within budget
• Collaborate with HR to interview, screen, and hire employees
