Description
Responsibilities of a Parts Manager entail:- Manage the parts department, including inventory, ordering, and distribution of parts
- Ensure that the department runs smoothly and efficiently
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that parts are available when needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure that the department is well-stocked
- Train and supervise parts department staff
- Ensure that all parts are properly labeled and stored
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the parts department
- Ensure that all parts are properly accounted for and that the department operates within budget
- Collaborate with Human Resources to interview, screen, and hire employees

Requirements
The requirements to be a Parts Manager include:- Must be at least 18 years old
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in parts management or a related field
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary Description
$84,000 - $107,500 / Year
