Full Job Description
Partnerships Manager

Seattle, WA metro | Full-time | Reports to: Chief Partnership Officer

The Opportunity

The Network is hiring a full-time Partnerships Manager to serve as the right hand to our Chief Partnership Officer (CPO), who is based in the Seattle metro area. Our partners are the agencies that do the work - Attorneys General, District Attorneys, law enforcement, financial institutions, local service providers, and regulators across 17+ states and 50+ counties.

This is a two-person department with a national footprint. The CPO focuses on making connections, representing our strategies, giving guidance to partners, and overseeing our strategy to defeat this industry. The Partnerships Manager makes everything behind this strategy work: the pipeline is accurate, the follow-through is prompt, partners receive what they were promised on the day they were promised it, and the CPO's time goes to the highest-value conversation available. When a partner needs an answer, a data pull, a training date, or a nudge, this person is often the one who delivers it.

Our ideal candidate is an operational ninja with genuine warmth, someone who can run a tracker and a relationship with equal skill. You do not need a law enforcement or nonprofit background. You do need to be the kind of person who notices the dropped thread, picks it up without being asked, and leaves every partner interaction better than they found it.

The Role

Partner Delivery and Implementation
• Own the operational execution of partnerships.
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for partner staff answering questions, routing requests, and sustaining momentum between the CPO's touchpoints.
• Coordinate internally to fulfill partner requests, primarily with our Tech team.
• Track implementation milestones and outcomes (IMBs targeted, tactics deployed, results achieved).
• Prepare and maintain partner-facing materials, including our "playbook" which includes a comprehensive approach to defeating the illicit massage industry and creating a national safety net.

Pipeline and Systems Management
• Own the partnership CRM: accurate records of every interaction, stage, commitment, and next step across the national pipeline.
• Build and maintain the reporting the CPO and Senior Leadership Team rely on: pipeline health, acquisition against targets, implementation status, and impact metrics.
• Identify friction in how partners move from first contact to full implementation, and remove it. Design the process, then run it.

Events, Convenings, and Representation
• Plan and execute partnership events, including strategy sessions with partner cohorts and The Network's presence at national conferences.
• Play a central role in coordinating The Network's next National Convening (tentatively scheduled for March 2028)
• Represent The Network professionally with partners, at conferences, and in the field including presenting our work when the CPO cannot.

The Ideal Candidate

Character
• You embody The Network's core values: Courage, Excellence, Diversity, and Humility.
• You align with our operating principles: It's not about us. Partnership is scale. Fortune favors the bold.
• You have unquestionable integrity and exercise the highest level of discretion with confidential and sensitive information.

Disposition
A positive presence. People are glad when you join the call. You bring energy rather than consume it, and you stay steady when the work gets hard.
Self-motivated. You operate with minimal direction, anticipate what is needed, and do not wait to be assigned.
An operational ninja. You are meticulous with details and systems. You hold many threads at once and nothing falls.
Exceptional with relationships. You build trust quickly with a wide range of people and you read a room accurately.
Comfortable with ambiguity. You thrive in an agile, fast-moving environment where the answer can sometimes be "figure it out."
Emotionally intelligent. You take constructive feedback well, give it honestly, and hold yourself to a rising bar.
Technically fluent. You gain proficiency in any new software or tech application quickly.

Experience

Required
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in operations, program or project management, client or account management, business development support, or a comparable role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders without dropping details.
• Proven ability to operate independently with minimal direction and supervision.
• Proven success in a small-team environment built on shared goals.
• Based in the Seattle, WA metro area, or willing to relocate prior to start.

Preferred
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and project management tooling.
• Experience working with or inside government, law enforcement, or prosecutorial agencies.
• Experience in the counter-human trafficking field, paid or volunteer.
• Event planning experience, particularly multi-stakeholder convenings.

Other Details
• Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience.
• Location: This position is based in the Seattle, WA metro area and requires approximately two days per week working in person with the Chief Partnership Officer.
• Travel: Approximately 20% travel, including quarterly "Team Weeks" in Arlington, VA, partner site visits, and conferences.
• You must be willing to undergo The Network's standard professional background check, conducted after a conditional offer of employment.
