The Role:

Are you a social-native influencer marketing enthusiast with a passion for creator-driven growth? As the Partnership & Influencer Manager for North America, you will collaborate on our regional strategy, have the confidence to challenge convention, and deliver with impact. While also empowering creators and agency partners with guidance, training, and unmatched social savvy. You will elevate our brand positioning and establish thought leadership through innovative influencer campaigns that resonate deeply with our audiences across North America.

  • Harness creator partnerships and social commerce opportunities to help bring the Logitech mission and product strategies to life
  • Collaborate with our Global Creator team to ensure we are aligned on guidelines & best practices, and work to unlock new opportunities that complement the global strategy while executing with excellence
  • Craft influencer-led campaigns that amplify Logitech’s brand positioning, storytelling, and sector thought leadership across various audience & product teams

  • Creator Mindset: A social media & creator native mindset, with proven experience managing creator relationships and influencer marketing programs, as well as an understanding of social platform ecosystems & cultural dynamics

  • Digital Fluency: Deep knowledge of social media platforms, emerging tech trends, and the creator culture/economy.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating virtual environments (Zoom) and managing "ad hoc" needs in a dynamic retail landscape.
  • System Knowledge: Experience with influencer marketing platforms such as CreatorIQ, Upfluence, or Multiple is a plus

Location:

At Logitech, we empower global collaboration by providing a flexible hybrid work model. Depending on the role and team needs, this may include working remotely, on-site, or a blend of both. If relocation is required for this position, we will communicate the expected timeline and support offered.

This is a hybrid position and we are open to candidates the following Metro areas: San Jose, CA; Irvine, CA & New York City Metro. The successful candidate is expected to work onsite at one of our office locations 2 6 days per week, with the remaining days remote. Specific onsite days will be coordinated with your manager and team.

Travel:

This role may require travel for internal meetings, industry conferences (as required/needed), and on-site customer visits to strengthen partnerships.

Compensation:

This position offers an OTE (On Target Earnings) typically between $ 85,000 and $ 165,000, depending on location and experience.
