Essential Functions:- Oversee and manage all aspects of tax engagements to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies and planning for clients across various industries.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on tax-related matters.
- Stay abreast of current tax laws and regulations, ensuring the firm's services are compliant and competitive.
- Collaborate with other partners and firm leadership to drive business development and growth initiatives.
Qualifications:- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting, with a focus on individual, corporate and partnership taxation.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and client engagements.
- Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them to complex client situations.
