Position SummaryTrinity is seeking a Partner, Sales Analytics to join our growing Commercial Analytics practice. This individual will play a critical leadership role in expanding Trinity's Sales Analytics business by driving client growth, originating new work, delivering strategic consulting engagements, and developing high-performing teams.The Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to pharmaceutical and biotechnology executives, helping clients optimize commercial performance through advanced analytics, field force effectiveness strategies, incentive compensation design, territory alignment, targeting, segmentation, and broader sales force transformation initiatives.This role combines commercial leadership, business development, client relationship management, and thought leadership. The successful candidate will be expected to grow a meaningful book of business, expand existing client relationships, build market presence, and further develop Trinity's Sales Analytics capabilities.As a member of Trinity's leadership team, the Partner will contribute significantly to the direction, growth, and innovation of the Commercial Analytics practice.What You'll DoClient & Account Leadership- Serve as an executive advisor to pharmaceutical and biotech clients on sales force effectiveness, incentive compensation, customer engagement, targeting, territory alignment, and commercial analytics challenges.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders including Commercial Operations, Sales Leadership, Market Access, Brand Teams, and Analytics leadership.
- Lead discussions, workshops, and executive presentations while ensuring delivery excellence across engagements.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through cross-functional Trinity capabilities.
Business Development & Revenue Growth- Build and grow a substantial book of business through both new client acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
- Develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities to increase client spend across Sales Analytics and adjacent Trinity offerings.
- Lead proposal development, client solutioning, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Sales Analytics offerings.
- Be accountable for annual revenue growth objectives and overall business performance.
Sales Analytics Subject Matter Expertise- Provide leadership across:
- Incentive Compensation strategy and design
- Field team sizing and structure
- Territory alignment
- Targeting and segmentation
- Sales force deployment
- Commercial execution analytics
- Field effectiveness measurement
- Omnichannel field engagement optimization
- Commercial data strategy
- Guide clients on best practices and emerging approaches to commercial effectiveness.
- Advise on leveraging AI, advanced analytics, and evolving data assets within sales organizations.
Practice Development- Expand Trinity's Sales Analytics capabilities through innovation, methodology development, and new solution offerings.
- Partner with leaders across Forecasting, Customer Engagement, Data Science, Commercial Data Solutions, and AI to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Build external market awareness through publications, speaking engagements, conferences, and industry networking.
- Serve as a visible thought leader in the commercial analytics space.
Team Leadership & Talent Development- Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing consulting talent.
- Build and scale teams to support growing client demand.
- Coach future Engagement Managers, Principals, and Partners.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and client service excellence.
What You'll Bring- BS or MS in business, life sciences, analytics, or a related field.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business development, client development, leadership, and project management, with expertise in sales and marketing analytics (field team sizing/structure/alignment/targeting/optimization/marketing mix modeling).
- Advanced degree with a life science focus, or an MBA with a demonstrated interest in the life science field.
- Proven success leading Sales Analytics engagements for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
- Demonstrated track record of generating and growing revenue through consulting relationships.
- Experience leading large-scale commercial transformation initiatives.
- Significant experience managing executive client relationships.
- Experience building and leading consulting teams.
- Expertise in the following areas: Incentive Compensation, Field Force Effectiveness, Sales Force Sizing, Territory Alignment, Targeting & Segmentation, Commercial Operations, Omnichannel Sales Strategy, Customer Engagement Analytics, Commercial Data Strategy, Advanced Analytics & AI Applications
- Exposure to life sciences data (patient claims and prescription data), business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView) for analytical and reporting purposes, and cross-functional project experience is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Exceptional quantitative skills with direct experience in complex commercial analyses and assignments.
- Advanced project management skills, including resource allocation and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated success in client development and relationship management.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Trinity's salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. The base salary range for this role is $240,000 - $360,000 per year. Compensation is determined based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, job-related education and training, location, and internal equity. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
