Partner Relationship Manager, Third-party Finishing & Solutions - PageWide Industrial

Description -

Job Summary

HP PageWide Industrial is transforming high-volume commercial and packaging printing worldwide. This role sits at the intersection of our product strategy and third party finishing and solution providers whose technology completes HP's whole-product offering. If you enjoy owning executive-level partner relationships, negotiating complex commercial agreements, and shaping how a product portfolio comes to market, we'd like to talk with you.

The role serves as the single point of accountability for each assigned partner, including leading contract negotiations, annual business reviews, supplier escalations, and new partner onboarding. This role is responsible for ensuring third party capabilities are integrated into HP's commercial strategy, product roadmaps, and go-to-market execution. The role acts as a subject matter expert on third party partner management within Product Management and works closely with Procurement, Operations, Legal, and Regional teams to deliver a unified partner experience.

Responsibilities

  • Owns end-to-end strategic relationships with an assigned portfolio of third party hardware finishing and solution partners, serving as HP's primary point of accountability for each partner.

  • Leads annual Supplier/Partner Business Reviews, driving performance evaluation, roadmap alignment, KPI review, and forward-year agenda setting with supplier executives.

  • Owns the lifecycle of third party supplier agreements: master hardware agreements, amendments, and resale templates, including negotiation of pricing caps, notice periods, warranty terms, and compliance provisions.

  • Enforces contractual terms in commercial disputes and engages supplier leadership when pricing changes or supplier actions fall outside agreed provisions.

  • Leads end-to-end onboarding of new third party partners, from initial evaluation and RFQ through agreement drafting, legal review, and internal alignment.

  • Manages supplier performance escalations in partnership with HP Customer Assurance and Service teams (e.g., spares responsiveness, EOL/EOS notifications, quality issues), combining contractual leverage and executive relationships to drive resolution.

  • Embeds third party partner strategy into PWI's commercial and product roadmaps in partnership with Worldwide and Regional Product & Solutions teams.

  • Represents the third party portfolio in staff meetings, category calls, tradeshows, open houses, and customer engagements, connecting partner capability to customer outcomes.

  • Partners with Procurement, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Assurance to maintain clean handoffs between strategic relationship management and transactional execution.

  • Acts as a subject matter expert on third party partner management; identifies opportunities for process improvement and recommends changes aligned with business strategy.

  • Provides guidance and mentoring to cross-functional stakeholders engaged in the third party partner ecosystem.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or any other related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
