What you'll own

In a Project Management - Technology role, you'll use best-in-breed PM tools to help us deliver products that will change the world of fintech. This will include overseeing the development of new products and services as well as new internal information systems and applications, new technology integrations, and infrastructure build-outs.

  • Collaborating with product development, sales, client relationship management, technology solutions, service delivery, and other cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
  • Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks while supporting issue resolution and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Acting as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate clear communication, alignment, and successful project outcomes.

What you'll bring
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management principles, frameworks, processes, and best practices, with strong knowledge of IT project methodologies and full project life cycle management.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, tracking, reporting, and resource management.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred or required based on role requirements.

For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $113,600.00-$171,575.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale. This position is eligible for bonus.
