- Abilities: Able to manage the customer lifecycle in a fast-paced, highly nuanced environment. Able to effectively communicate with a wide range of audience stakeholders-from C-suite to entry-level contacts to technical analysts.
- Experience: 2-5 years' experience in Client Service Delivery/Account Management role in a SaaS industry. 2-5 years' experience in the administration of Consumer Driven Health (CDH) accounts/Third Party Administrator (TPA) managed benefits/ or Health Plans, preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.
- Location: 25% in office hybrid (Boston, MA; Maitland, FL; Milwaukee, WI).
