Full Job Description
Entrust is seeking a highly detail-oriented Paralegal to collaborate with attorneys and compliance professionals within a large, global Legal & Compliance team. In this role, you'll support a wide range of corporate governance, compliance, and legal operations work-helping the team run smoothly while keeping high-impact matters moving forward. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and energized by managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:
  • Be a trusted partner to a large, global Legal & Compliance team-keeping projects moving and priorities on track.
  • Lead U.S. and international subsidiary governance, including formations, dissolutions, name changes, consolidations, and ongoing entity compliance, partnering with global controllers as needed.
  • Own entity records and corporate documentation-maintaining organizational charts, compliance calendars, and governance files in entity management tools.
  • Pitch in on M&A, transactions, and other strategic legal matters-bringing rigor and follow-through to fast-moving work.
  • Respond to KYC and internal/external record requests, and conduct targeted legal research aligned to business priorities.
  • Support litigation and administrative proceedings, including document collection, discovery coordination, and subpoena response support.
  • Coordinate registered agents, obtain domestic and international registry reports, and drive required corporate filings to completion.
  • Manage legal request tickets end-to-end: triage and route inquiries, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and escalate issues using sound judgment.
  • Prepare correspondence and coordinate signatures, notarizations, and apostilles-helping ensure critical documents are executed smoothly and on time.
  • Improve internal processes by utilizing AI and agents, documenting process, and improving templates to improve turnaround times and otherwise improve the customer experience.
  • Get exposure to a wide variety of cross-functional initiatives and legal team projects-where your work has visible impact across the business.

What you'll bring:

Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience supporting legal operations, corporate governance, or similar work.
  • Authorization to lawfully work in the jurisdiction where you reside.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or Legal Studies, or a Bachelor's degree plus an ABA-accredited Paralegal Certificate.
  • Polished written and verbal communication, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfort juggling multiple workstreams, prioritizing effectively, and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for using AI and creating agents to automate repetitive tasks and continuously improve process in a business environment.
  • Strong judgment, with the ability to spot risk early and escalate appropriately to in-house counsel.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with strong project management skills and a bias for action.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and enthusiasm for learning new tools and technologies.
  • In-house legal experience, or a track record of working closely with in-house counsel and business stakeholders.


Compensation Range:

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $81,296-$119,233 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company's discretionary annual incentive plan.
